For the last month or so, I check THR and the majority of threads are depressing. I know, it's good to read through everything yada, yada, but it feels like watching the news for LA (nothing good to report, just crimes and death). So, I'm curious: What positive things have happened in your area? Have you had any fun\positive experiences with firearms lately?
My latest positive experience was last weekend. 3 of my brothers visited and we went rabbit hunting. No ND's, no one got hurt, no one went to jail and the rabbit tasted great. The next day we did some target practice in my backyard. That was fun. The best part is my wife collected our spent cases and used them in a painting (basically a mosaic of different caliber shells on a grass background, she then painted a deer on top of the shells). I'll try and get a pic up sometime today.
