Any opinions about the Para-Ordnance Hawg 9mm ???

    This gun caught my eye last night when I saw it in the combat handguns magazine.

    Any opinions are greatly appreciatted.

    Well, I don't have Hawg experience but I did get a chance to shoots it's big brother the P18 Hi-Cap. I've shot both the DA/SA and the LDA version and it was one sweet gun. The Para LDA trigger is super light for a double action. I was a heartbeat away from buying it when I spied a SIG sitting in the case calling my name.

    If you like the mini 1911's, check out the Springfield EMP too.

    They are as fat and stubby as a Glock 26, at twice the weight:D

    Take a look at the covert carry - single-stack .45 LDA w/ 3" barrel. It's heavy like most 1911 pattern pistols, but it's narrow and easy to carry. Mine is accurate and easy to shoot.
