My shoulder and other joints will no longer tolerate shotgun recoil more than a .410. I have always enjoyed shooting a .410 at clays, doves, rabbits. To my aging eyes, the Browning Citori superposed looks attractive. If you have experience with one of these, I will appreciate your thoughts.

Superposed is the older Browning O/U. Citori is the newer Japanese made gun. The two guns are similar, but not the same.

I shoot skeet with a couple of guys with Citori .410s. I have never seen either have an issue. They are really nice guns.

I have more than on Citori. They are fantastic guns. I don't think there is a finer O/U for the money.

Reloading for the 28 and 410 makes them a lot more affordable. Of the two, the 28 allows for about 50% added pattern size and density, with little difference in recoil. The 28ga is a favorite for rabbit, quail and squirrel hunters.

Can't go wrong with a Citori. Years ago they made a 3 or 4 barrel skeet set, fixed chokes.

You could have 410 tubes put in a 12 ga.

12 gauge adapters to 410 are available also.
