any ranges >100 yards near rochester,ny area?..

dont know if i put this in the right section or not....

i live in geneva,ny. its right around half hr from rochester, 45 mins from syracuse......

anybody from around this area know of any decent ranges that go out past 100 yards???

theres a couple here, But there only 100 yards!! Be nice to find one that goes out a few hunrded or more.

just looking for longer paper punching with a bolt action past 100 yards

I live in Rochester. The range I go to is Genesee Concervation League Range. (GCLRochester.com) is the web site. Its in the town of Penfield. In addition to indoor and outdoor pistol ranges, they have a rifle range that goes out to 200 yrds. It's a private club but dues are less than $200/year and I have never seen it busy. Brooks Gun Club is nearby as well and maybe closer to you. I know they are big into skeet and trap..I think they have a range out to 200 yrds as well..check out their we site at rochesterbrooks.org

Down at the south end of Seneca Lake, we have a range (Odessa, NY) that goes out to 250 yards. In addition, a bunch of us guys travel down to Bodines, PA to shoot 1,000 yard F Class.
