I've never bothered with it and I used to work in the medical field around the elderly who were always sick with one strain or another....I've got a good immune system, so I really don't see the point in it...I haven't had the flu since I was about 8 or 9 so I think i'm fairly in the clear heh

I'm surprised no one here noticed this...
I get the flu if I get the vaccine in a _crowded_ clinic.
I was flu-free last time I got the vaccine. there was no line because the advertising goofed. I was there _before_ the general populace knew the vaccine clinic officially opened.
I was flu free this time I got the vaccine and there was no line. by appointment.
I suggest that we're getting infected by the sick folks in the crowd. Maybe even the person giving the shot is carrying.

I think ide rather just have the flue for a few days, and fight it off naturully.

Ive never gottena flu vaccination in my entire life, and the worst 'flu' ive gotten was wheni was 12; i puked once in a bucket and laid in bed for two days....
My mom got the vasccination once and she got a VERY ba dcase- IE almost drowned in lung fluids. A lot of people seem to get the vaccination and then get really sick two weeks later...
As to the chiropractor-
If it works but it isnt "Real" its still works.
If the insane man sees a dog tip over his glass of water, theres nothing to tell him it did or did not happen but impulses to his brain. Reality is highly over- simplified.

The flu becomes contagious about a week before you have the symptoms. All of the people with whom you have contact in the week PRIOR to the arrival of the symptoms are at grave risk for the disease. You would be unaware that you are contagious!
(1)If you get the flu shot you are less likely to give the flu to all the shooters with whom you associate.
(2) You will be more able to defend your family during time of crisis if you don't have the flu.
(3) You will be less likely to infect your loved ones.
(4) The families of the other shooters will be better protected by a healthy shooter. (see reason 1)
(5) If you smoke, you are much more likely to be a disease vector than a non smoker. Smokers MUST get a flu shot.
(6) We are at war - you owe it to your country to stay healthy and avoid being a burden to others.
