Are there any rifles that can fire 22lr and 22 magnum? Preferable semi auto but any kind will do.

You should not fire .22 LR in .22 Mag chambers. The Mag is larger in diameter.

The Mag case is big enough to accept a full diameter .224 bullet. The .22 LR case is smaller in diameter and the bullet is "heeled". The part of the bullet you see is full diameter, but the part in the case is smaller than .224.

A revolver can have a .22 LR cylinder and a .22 Mag cylinder, but a semi auto is stuck with one size or the other.

I imagine any semi auto that would have that capability would have to have 2 separate barrels because the chamber would have to be larger in diameter for 22 Mag.
22 Magnum rounds are quite a bit different than 22LR. Some 22's can shoot Shorts, Longs, and Long Rifles, but not 22 Mags.

Or you would need different cylinders like the rifle in Chicharrones post...

Diameters are slightly different, lengths are obviously very different. Both cartridges space on the rim and these rims are also different. Short answer is "no" and a rifle claiming to do so isn't built to properly handle either one of them. Interchangeable barrels are the exception to that, as they let you install a proper barrel for each. Same goes for cylinders in revolvers. You can't simply shoot them like you would .38 Spcl and .357 Mag.

You can buy an adapter to fire LR in a Magnum, but they are slow to use and the LR may, or may not be accurate in "that" Magnum bbl./gun.

I always thought they screwed up with the 22 magnum. They had to mess with the case diameter when they should have just made it longer.

Of course, I never really thought about it until I bought a bolt action to shoot some of the wrong and crap ammo I've managed to collect over the years.

aaaaaaaw, I guess you never heard of the 22WRF?? That's the case the 22WMR is based on!

CZ 455 can be bought with 3 barrels that can be changed out in 5 minutes. .22LR, .22MAG, and .17HMR. Not semi auto but bolt action.

No. There are REVOLVERS which can do this because you can swap out the cylinders. The bullets from either will work in the barrel, but the cartridge case will not because they're physically different sizes. The .22 WMR is a longer case that's also slightly larger in diameter than a regular .22 LR.

The firing chamber in a rifle is an integral part of the barrel. You can't swap them out to fit the cartridge you want to shoot.

Might be a neat design, though, if you're inclined to be that innovative!
