I have always had a hankering for small, single-action auto pistols. To me they have such an aura of days gone by, old black and white movies, etc. I am thinking of the Beretta, Colt and Browning/FN pocket pistols or the slightly larger models that served as police and even military sidearms for many years.

Does anyone make NEW single-action pocket pistols like that any more, .380 or .32 or even .25 ACP? I know that there are many used options out there. Ideally, I'd want something with a modern safety that you could comfortably carry hammer down on a loaded chamber or cocked and locked (but with a safety that's easy to take off) if you had to.

Before anybody gets too excited, I know full well that this is not an ideal alternative to a modern double-action pocket auto, I am just looking to get a small-caliber auto for fun, and I want something that I could safely drop in my pocket to carry if need be.

Thanks!
