I will be there bought my tickets earlier this week long drive for a 1 day trip but worth it!

Interesting, this is pretty close to me. It says to bring your own gun, but I don't really have one that is silencer ready yet. Are there options for people like myself? Never been to one....

The dealers and vendors there will have guns and ammo for you to shoot, some might ask for a few bucks to cover ammo, some might just give you a gun a 10 rounds or one mag, others might just have cases and cases of ammo for people to shoot, depends on the manufacturer and dealers that are going to be there.

Hrm, the page seems broken to me. I just can't access it.

Information on the shoot?

Are there going to be SPL equipment there? I would be interested in testing my stuff side by side with factory.

I plan on making the event.....Any gun trust people that may be there I still need to get mine set up. I have email Mr. Codey but have not heard back.

Call Sean Cody at the number on his website. I talked to him last night and had my trust set up in a 10 minute conversation, he said he'll email it for me to have it notarized in a couple of days. It was worth giving him a call, super cool guy.

I'd love too, but I've a conflict that weekend (I need to be in Austin), but if it should fall through, I'd be there!

It was fantastic! We got there at 0800, before open at 0900. We got to demo alot of silencers. There were alot of people at the time we left at 1140, but it was VERY well organized, at no time did my group of 4 feel overwhelmed or claustrophobic, and the lines were not bad. Very cool, thank you to all the vendors and those who contributed prizes for the raffle. Thanks also to everyone who came out in support of a small industry. My can will be approved by the time this rolls around next year, so I'm looking forward to having something to bring. My 16.5" POF 308 was awesome with a can on it at the AAC booth.

To anyone who hasn't fired a subsonic 300 Blackout SBR, you're missing out. Seriously, it was a hoot!

I took about 75 pictures, I will try to get them loaded and show everybody who couldn't make it what they missed.

This rifle is made by Stalking Rhino Industries, it is called a Tomahawk and it's based on a Savage .22, is has a integral barrel this is a prototype they brought to the show.

Did you get a chance to shoot the integral suppressed Savage by Thompson Machine, that is one I considering getting.
Awesome images !

I actually shot the Thompson Machine Operative B first then shot the Stalking Rhino Tomahawk. The Thompson Machine sounds really good, but the gun they use is not a top of the line gun like the Tomahawk. The Thompson machine Operative B is a base model .22 and Stalking Rhino's is a BV heavy barrel nice laminated stock gun.

You would need a meter to tell the difference between the two rifles, there is a different pitch or tone to the two, and the Thompson machine is ported so no matter what you feed it that gun will stay subsonic, but you will sacrifice bullet speed, with the Tomahawk it has a barrel that is almost 12 inches long and you will maintain nearly all your bullet speed for hunting or longer range plinking. They are the same but different I guess you could say.

Both appear to be built on Savage MKII Actions will bull blls ?

The Thompson machine interests me as standard 22LR will be subsonic, a plus to be able to let the kids shoot cheaper ammo ( they are like pez dispensers for 22lr) :)

Thanks for the info.
