There will be people fishing and boating - skiing so that is not good!!

So... when you envision a shooting range on a body of water, you picture people fishing, boating and skiing in the vicinity? I guess rule #1 would be that your shooting range shouldn't double as a recreational water park. Does your gun club have a swing-set downrange?
