Anywho, i know nothing of these but am willing to take it if i have a chance of reselling it.
Anyone know what these are worth or if there's a market for them.
It appears to be in pretty good shape, almost unused even.
He claims he didn't use it coz he had no interest in it. In fact, he couldn't even tell me what it was until he went back to his parents house to retrieve it.

IIRC, the Thunder Hawks have a 1 in 38" twist and were popular rifles that some folks like to load with lead conicals.
The wood stock Thunder Hawk models were probably the more popular, desirable and plentiful. And conversely, the wood and/or laminated stocks were extremely uncommon and hard to find with the later Black Diamond models that are otherwise a similar model in many ways.
I believe that folks in Washington state like the exposed #11 cap models because they're mandated for muzzle loader hunting there.
And the fact that this Black Shadow is stainless and in great condition makes it somewhat more desirable.
A used Black Diamond in nice condition usually goes for about $150 -$160. And if that were a used Black Diamond then it might be worth $175, with $200 being just about tops.
I've seen a gun show vendor try to sell a stainless Thunder Hawk with a wood stock with the box for more, but that's a tough selling price.
That's partly because the similar Black Diamonds have a faster rate of twist, and are available in different barrel lengths and calibers. And many more are available both new and used.
While the Thunder Hawk has an adjustable trigger, the owner's manual doesn't show it to have a removable breechplug.

I have one and shoots very well. Like it better that my CVA but the breach plug on mine is fixed (not removeable). Not a big factor to me at all. I fire all my muzzleloader to unload any way. I use CCI #11 cap 85gr of fff Goex and Hornady 385gr great plains bullet. I paid $120 used with a cheap scope.

Even though it's not a traditional ML, I like it. How much are ye wanting fer it?
