I need some M-1 Carbine mags for a rifle course my wife is taking next week. Coles Distributing is out. (I ordered 10 earlier and now wish I would have bought more).

Does anyone have a source for used USGI mags at a decent price? I don't want to pay $24 a mag or anything like that. They have to be GI 15 rounders though. No aftermarket mags.

When CMP announced they'd received some carbines, the prices on mags went through the roof. Places where in-the-wrapper GI mags went for $15 now have $20 and up. And the good 30-rounders...

Place called whatacountry.com had some, but I haven't looked back for a while.

Try picking up a few of the "10 round GI mags, new in wrapper" on E-Bay. You may be shocked by the actual capacity.

How many are you looking for? 15 rnd or at least 15 rnd?

Ideally, I'd like to get 10 mags. My wife is using a carbine in a rifle class next week and I don't want her to have to keep reloading mags all day. We already have 10 mags and 10 more would cut down on her reloading. I'll settle for 4 or 5 if I have too though.

I'm looking for either USGI 15 rounders or USGI 30 rounders. The GI 30 rounders are getting hard to find though and the 15 rounders actually work better in many cases.

ebay has a 10 round limit on mags. anything more and they kill the listing and ban the seller. I have sold "10 round" AR-15 mags on ebay that will hold about 3 times that if loaded "properly"

now that's funny!

taking advantage of the anti-crowds ignorance and using their assets to get some good magazines out there is a gas!
