Overall, I'm not a fan of Ruger firearms. Except my Blackhawk in SA (everyone needs one of those) and for a .22 auto one can't beat this:

Ruger .44 Flat Top 6" barrel from 1957 (red insert a later addition) and a .44 SBH 7 1/2" barrel from about 1963. The former best with .44 Spl the latter very accurate with .44 mag.

Not as nice as some of the photos, but it's all I've got! I've never taken any photos of my old model Blackhawk, but here is my Single Six and Security Six.
