My parents have these knives in their kitchen and gave them for me to sharpen. I cant find any info on either of these. The carbon steel knife has no blade markings, only what looks to be stamped RAY GIRDLER on the handle. The other chef knife has blade markings, but I cant identify the logo. Anybody know?

Looks like the typical Solingen made chefs knife, similar
to Zwilling - Henckels - oder Dick.

... could be an older Logo of "Dictum".

Around 60-70 euros new.

Steel is normally called Krupp 4116.

Good stuff. Give it a proper sharpening, and it will
good for a lifetime.
