anyone know about the Remington model 4?

I purchased a Rem model 4 for a buddy of mine from Holiday gas station in the 1980's. a few years later I gave him a scope for same.
the first shot out of this gun killed a deer.

he wants to hunt with this old gun again and now and I am thinking about what ammuntion is best for it and was wondering what the barrel twist is.

anyone know what barrel twist is on a Remington model 4 30-06?

i can measure it here, but he is 700 miles away and wants to buy ammo now.

any old timers or current folks know the barrel twist on an old model 4 30-06?

A Model 4 (rolling block) or a Model Four (7400 variation)? Gotta be the latter in .30-06.
