Yep - in Russia & most of the former combloc countries... It's an old Russian reloading tool (UPS-5/УПС-5). Trust me on this one - you don't need it!

Sometimes we do things a certain way.....just because we can. I get it, but after watching the video on Amazon, I would really buy a Lee Load-All if cost is a factor. MUCH easier to use. However, if you just want to load some shells this way for fun, go for it.

Yep over the years I have watched for used MEC 600 type presses. Lots available in 12 GA but buy and convert to others as swapping things around often is a PITA. Used ones for sale as low as $ 40 and up.

That reminds me of the old LEE wack-a-mole setup or the hand press, I think you can do better. Look at estate sales and auctions. I've seen MECs and LEEs go for less than they want for a 12ga setup. I don't load for shotgun but I have received 2 in bundles that I've bid on, one was paired with 12 boxes of 165gr 40cal bullets the other was paired with rifle bullets and rifle powder, maybe if I get a mold for slugs I'll look into trying them

I don't know the exact models because I don't reload shotgun but I did see three MEC shotgun presses at a garage sale. They looked complete only wanted $100.00 for them. I still regret not grabbing them.
