Matt Lauer gave Jim and Sarah Brady a huge platform to tell lies on, Katie Couric was in Chicago and Gave Mayor Daley a huge amount of wind time to talk about his anti-gun agenda.
New info on Columbine released to the press with footage of crying parents.
Big time gun legislation in Congress today.
Coincidence? Yeah, sure.....

One of my favorite shows was when Coruic interviewed Ann Coulter. K's eyes were predetory and frustrated. You could tell that she was ready to scratch and bite.

I would have been willing to buy tickets for that one. Bet I could have sold a few, too.

Back when the original AWB was being debated, NBC Nightly News showed film of fully automatic machine guns being fired, as Tom Brokaw did his voice-over talking about restricting "semiautomatic assault weapons."

Many people and organizations - including the NRA - called them on it. The response was that it was unintentional and unimportant, a minor point, and not worth issuing a correction.

Then a couple of weeks later they did it again.

This is the same network that brought us stories about exploding pickup trucks . . . which their own people had thoughtfully wired with incendiary devices.

Certainly NBC has an agenda, and is clearly not bashful about using deceit, trickery, and outright lies to push it.

When you consider just how wrong, or downright dishonest about gun issues the media is, imagine what else they might be wrong/lying about?

Science issues?

Medical issues?

Military issues?

Economic issues?

I do not watch NBC. Or CNN, MSNBC, ABC, or CBS. I rarely trust FOX.

I have heard that Today's ratings are in the toilet. At least they cater to the blissninny crowd.

Sarah Brady used to be a regular fixture on local TV debates where she played the wounded wife to the hilt against men - usually inarticulate men - from the NRA.

Then the NRA started sending smart WOMEN to these debates. And suddenly Sarah didn't look so good. It got to the point where she started demading concessions from the organizations/stations - things like determining WHO on the pro-gun side would be ALL0WED to debate her!

When the NRA didn't play . . . she abruptly STOPPED debating. Now she only appears on TV in friendly venues where the media's agenda matches hers.
