Some have called her "another Clarence Thomas" because she is a conservative libertarian and black. I disagree. She is even better than Thomas. The Democrats spent all last session filibustering her nomination to the DC circuit. Bush just renominated her.

She did uphold the state's ugly-gun ban, but "argued that a fundamental, personal right to bear arms should be recognized."
