Seen them on Demolition Ranch on Youtube. That's about all.

I watched that video. I kept hearing a ringing noise like a fire alarm when he showed how you pull the trigger to take it down for loading and unloading and seemed to get louder when he fired it without the barrel. Did you notice that too or was that just my tinnitus?

Idk but it doesn't look like a great design to me and I'm not sure what the actual market is for this. But I am curious about how it actually performs

Nope.

Wen I first saw the photo, I thought of a kitchen torch designed to be used in the making of creme brulee. We were looking for one to sear sous vide steaks.

When I learned how it functioned, I thought of a Queen Anne pistol. That was a flintlock in which the barrel screwed off to allow the breech loading of powder and ball.

Usefulness? I thought of Wilkes Booth.

My conclusion?

Its basically a disposal gun. Might get 100 rounds through it, but anyone could make a gun like that out of steel pipe and fittings from the hardware store and it would be better made then this. It doesn't appeal to me. Even the Liberators were a throw away. You use it on an enemy to get a better gun.

Is this a $50 or less gun? Talk about an actual throw away "Saturday Night Special".... This thing really looks just like a glue gun I've seen recently. In fact that is what I thought it was the first time I seen a picture of one...

Almost looks like a "fancy" BBQ lighter.

I just checked and it's ~$100 to ~$130 depending where you buy it. Since I can do better with a Hi-Point, I don't the point of getting one of these at those prices.

For that price, if I wanted to carry it concealed, I'd still rather tote my Jennings .22 than this 9mm one-shooter. For anything else, yeah, definitely the Hi-Point.
