I have really gotten into watching this show on History Channel. I really like it when they feature firearms on the show and the value etc...

One episode had a British Blunderbuss and a cannon used in the Indian Wars. There is some other really interesting military memorabilia I have seen.

So thoughts on this show would be nice to hear. I also like watching R. Lee Ermey's shows. History Channel is easily one of my favorite channels.

One day they had sergeant gunny on as a behind the counter guest. Very interesting.

Yeah I guess thats the cannon I thought the guy said it was used in the Indian Wars but I may have misheard. But man, a whopping $40,000 for that thing!!

I also saw the Gunny go into the store with an action figure of himself promoting Lock N' Load (great show too!)

I liked the totem pole the one guy built and wanted 1,500.00 for it, then the cannon that they wanted to test fire. :D

The cannon guy is licensed to shoot cannon I guess. He made a "half-dummy" load in that the projectile was a solid piece of milled alluminum. Even he is not allow to make "live" rounds...but he can make demo rounds like that one.

How about the old rancher who had the trapdoor? He got $1,500 for it.

At least these pawn shop guys are up front...they are not going to pay retail price because they make their living off the margin.

These guys are beyond the average "pawn shop", more like "Sacs of 5th Ave of Pawn Shops" ......dumps around here would rarely pay over $1000 for anything in their inventory. I've seen Pawn Stars fork out $30K on a several shows. One show has the grandfather stacking what looks like 50# ingots of gold & silver. They must have one heck of a security system.

If you guys want to start specific discussions about one or more of the guns in the tv show, please start a thread in the appropriate forum. However, THR isn't a movie or tv show forum, so discussions focusing specifically on shows/movies will be closed.
