Working on my rifle. Removed the breech screw from stock to action. Placed a touch of locktight and tried to install. Screw tightened but there is play in the action and the stock. Removed the action completely. The screw goes in 5 mm and the place where it goes is 11 mm. The three look good so I do not believe it was cross threaded. Is there something I am missing or should not have done? Please help! All replies welcome, thank you!!
