Has anyone ever been sued after using laser sights on a CCW gun? Couldn't the shootee's family sue you for modifying your firearm to make it extra super deadly and not having to really aim to kill people?
Of course not.Anyone worry about laser sights in a defense shooting?

While they have there place in certain situations I think many use them as a crutch for poor gun handling skills.
I've got a laser sight and a 20 round mag, the mag came after a suit in Fl. that the family sued because the victim put in a 2nd mag.
I do not see how a well practiced laser is not a tremendous help on a two inch, 10 oz snubbie in the dark.

Could you cite four or five cases in which this was the first thing the prosecutor said?By the way, that's another reason you should NEVER carry Home-made reloads in your carry gun, the first thing a prosecuter will say is "Oh, factory ammo isn't good enough for you, you had to load your own 'killer bullets'.
