Anywhere to get loaded rounds pressure tested?

Try contacting the ammo manufacturers and see if they might test it for you. Maybe you might have better luck with the smaller companies or at least they might point you in the right direction. Maybe check with some bullet manufacturers as well, they may get their bullets tested and be willing to share sources.
 
The PressureTrace is a worthy piece of equipment. I knew the inventor and even made a couple of small contributions to the design.

If you are using the components specified, and the barrel length specified, your muzzle velocity is about as good an indicator of pressure as you're going to get. If you are at "book" MV, you're also very close to "book" pressure.

Well I would consider the PressureTrace system If I had a firearm it could be used on.
