I want a good base model "tactical"scope. Sturdy and simple is what's needed. I am considering the buhsnell 3200 10x mil dot, as it has a decent reputation for repeatability in adjustments. I like that it is a fixed power, with mil dots, but it has a factory set parallax zero of 100 yds. I plan to shoot anywhere from 25 yds to 600+ yds.
Is this going to prevent me from shooting well at longer ranges? I am aware that the military used non AO scopes for a long time. Will the scope remain in clear focus at longer range?
I value any feedback you may have.
