Anyone know a good low riding rear cant appendix carry IWB for a Glock 19/23?

I got a comp-tac, and tried it for about 10 days, they were very nice about refunding the full price. I found the clips were not as grip stable as others, and it was too big for me, and decided I prefer leather for IWB, The fobus was 1/3 the price and stayed put better for an owb, the Galco summer special is a favorite right now for iwb. You can try it since thet really do offer a no questions asked return policy.

I like the Uncle Mikes IWB, sure they're nothin special but they work very well and don't cost much. That's what I'm currently using for my Glocks.

Not a recommended way to carry. Fall or be taken to the ground or pushed violently into a wall and you can damage your spinal cord or liver/kidneys and that can take you right out of a fight. And if you are grappling while laying on your back it will be awkward or impossible to reach your weapon, and would certainly make you prone to an armbar if you tried.

leadcounsel: you seem to be describing a small of the back (SOB) holster. "Appendix" carry is on the front of your body, about 1 or 2:00 for a right handed shooter.
As for the OP's question, any holster with a vertical (no cant) orientation should work. If you want it to be canted, adjustable clips or belt loops are available. I question why you want it to ride low. With a barrel longer than about three or 3 1/2 inches, appendix carry will poke and prod at you in a most uncomfortable spot when you sit down, although it would be fine when standing and walking.

I hope you're taller than me. I carried a 19 in this manner and found it disturbingly uncomfortable when sitting, kneeling or otherwise moving in any manner other than "stiff as a board upright." Sitting down and leaning over (like reaching under a seat) caused me to pinch myself in the tenderest of the tender areas. Didn't take long to abandon that idea for me! I might would try it with a smaller, shorter, narrower weapon...but not a 19. That's just my 2 cents, opinions and body types vary.

Co-incidentally, I am, as I type, wearing a beautiful nickeled M39 in a canted appendix holster with a suede clip holster canted on the other side. Loose fitting jeans and a polo pullover. No problem. 6' and about 210.

I have a "crate" of holsters, I am sure most of us do. I am sick and tired of spending more than 30 dollars on a holster anymore. The Comp-tac, was my last attempt at a holster over a hundred dollars. If you look at ebay, there are knock offs of every single holster, literally too many to look at, thousands. I returned the com-tac, and picked up 3 holsters for 60-70 dollars "for all 3", and they are pretty much the same. I will say that no one beats the top holster makers for quality like Mitch Rosen, Galco ,De santis. But I end up getting rid of the gun before usually after 5 or 10 years and still have the holster. I still have holsters for my 38's from 1975. You can get a nice leather or composite iwb or owb, copy for 15-20 dollars. The fobus I got on ebay was 17.98. It worked better than the comp-tac. If you only have one gun, it's easier to rationalize spending $230-300, on a top of the line holster. I would rather get another gun or some ammo, or a laser, or a pony. These were just the ones in the drawer for the G30 and G26. The one on the left was $17.00, no wait had it in 1 day. The one on the right was $200, back a number of years, and waited 6 months for it. Look at the holster store, "he has an ebay store also", every holster you could want, he has. I don't think any of them is more than $50 and most are $15-25.

The kydex in the picture was $19.95 at a local gun show a few years back. I also have the box full of holsters. Now the western rigs are another story.

Archangel? $89 for a simple kydex holster? I'm amazed at the cost of some of these kydex holsters. Kydex is super easy to work with and is cheap!
