Thanks, Gtscotty ... I noticed a difference from one bullet manufacturer to another as I looked through several reloading manuals ... I looked at the 41 gr brass and saw nothing to be concerned with ... I’ll definitely try 42-43 grains.

As long as you work up from known territory and keep an eye on pressure signs, an AR should let you know when you're getting too hot. 41.5 is worth a try as well, it's another area where some folks find a node. Good luck!
