AR-15-22 Legal in Washington

I am guessing the answer to this is a hard no. But I was wondering if there was any legal way to acquire and attach an AR upper chambered in .22 to a lower I own. I know the laws are somewhat mirky at this point, and seemingly, some interpret the laws differently. So if anyone could give me an idea how I could do this, if there was indeed a legal path to get an AR chambered in .22, which my daughter could practice on, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
