AR 15 22 LR conversion

I am building a dedicated 22 lr upper for my AR. I saw a conversion kit from Tactical Inovations tm. SARCK. It is stainless steel rather than parked finish. Has any one purchased one of these? If so, how well are they made & do they work well?
