AR-15 mags from ammoman

These a good deal? New (old) USGI mags, in original packaging with green followers for 23 bucks a pop? I know there are cheaper out there, but I'm looking for new mags with as close to 100% function as possible. 5 mags for use, 10 for SHTF.

I personally think it is a reasonable deal.

I think his British steel mags for $15 each is a good deal. I got the 10 pack and am very happy with them. They are brand new and work flawlessly.

However, you can get the USGI mags for cheaper on the AR15.com equipment exchange. I got brand new Teflon coated Labelle's (with green followers) for $21 each incl. shipping over there.

I use the steel mags for general range use. The aluminum mags are stored for SHTF.

I had to hone the top of the mag catch hole the smallest bit to get them to lock in, but I'm happy with my brit mags as well.
