gcrookston,
the first AR you picture, with the green furniture, has a little white emblem on the front of the lower reciever.
What is it?

Hey Smoky, I sure do like the lightweight bbl configuration. I think it is superior to the heavy bbl version and the m4 contour for range, carbine course, etc.

I am money poor due t oa second divorce.. :banghead: but I am slowly getting this one how I want it..its my CMMG BB 18' 1:7 hard chromed government profile AR-- all cheapo add ons== some no name rails I found on Amazon, a Pro Mag (?) forward grip, I added the CAA stock saddle, and a rear "match" sight..

It shoots pretty nicely, an for what I paid, I am happy as heck..

I only have BUIS on the 20" barrel now and I can barely get the thing on paper. I need to adjust the front sight but dont have any tools, does anyone have a suggestion or should I just buy a front sight adjustment tool? The 16" Del'Ton was pretty much on at 100 yards. It only took one grouping to get it on with in the 10-9 ring (Im happy with that)

Edit: Since I took this picture I got the new stock on.

Looks like a great place to stick the carry handle when you know you'll be switching to irons soon, cyclopsshooter.

And I love the Remington Rand typewriter next to the ol' WWII vet with the same name! Guess Remington's about to finally release a new 1911, too.

Dang! I like the idea of having the carry handle underslung. With my SDM rifle in the army I got my glass broke once, and had no iron sights. I was in the field and couldn't find anything! Not very helpful on a semi auto rifle in the field!

Latest is my Noveske N4 Light Carbine Mid Basic, with DD Omega Rail, and Noveske Gen 2 FFL (Flared Forged Lower). Before anyone says it, I like the carrying handle where it is.
