AR 9 mm Upper and Lower Compatibility

Hello all, I'm going to be building my first AR 9 mm pistol. I've done several standard AR15 rifles/pistols, but this will be my first 9 mm. I bought a pistol kit off of Davidson that includes everything except a stripped lower. It is a Davidson Defense brand kit (first experience with this company). I went to my local gun shop that does a lot of AR builds and parts and such to purchase a lower. The guy there told me they don't stock AR 9 mm lowers because of compatibility issues. He said there is no standard, like an AR15, and that you basically have to buy the same brand to ensure it runs smooth.

So, I checked Davidson Defense's website and they didn't have an AR 9 mm lower listed. I then called Davidson Defense and spent 20 minutes on hold before an automatic message popped up that there are no available staff to help me and was then disconnected. I then sent them an email around the middle of last week without any response by them yet.

I found a few AR 9 mm stripped lowers that I like (last round bolt open and Glock mags are my prerequisites), but I'm now concerned about compatibility, and I can't get any response from Davidson Defense.

The only lower that I could find that had last round bolt open and Glock mags was an 80% from aaomfg.com.
Do you do 80% lowers. Most AR15 uppers will fit AR15 lowers. It's the AR10 that you have to be sure it will fit.
As far as I could see Davidson Defense only has uppers & normal AR lowers.
