what cal ?? AR's come in more cal's that just about any other guns out there , I guess we could guess 223. ?

lee lists 21gr of H-335 start and max of 23gr H-335 with a 75gr jacketed bullet (Dose not give twist rate )

Lyman #49 lists 22.5gr H-335 to 25.1 with a 75gr A-Max with a 1-12 twist

Hodgdon lists 21gr to 23gr max . H-355 with 1-12 twist with a VDL

and loaddata.com has more . well worth joining if you're going to be using uncommon loads , with everything being hard to get I understand using what ever you can get your hands on and that is the best place I have found for odd ball loads ,or uncommon mixes .

Use the 8208, H-335 is fine for bullets of 55 grains or less, for the heavier bullets (75 grain A-Max) I use H-4895 but the 8208 should be fine. I use it for the 60 grain A-Max.

22.0gr of H335 under the Hornady 76gr BTHP shoots exceptionally well out of my 1:9 AR and Savage 12FV.

What is a good load for Hornady 75 Gr. Match BTHP using 8208 or H335 ?
Welcome to the forum.

It's not a good idea to trust load data supplied by people you don't know on an Internet forum. Mistakes in posting numbers can and will happen. Always double check for yourself for safety.
ARwith .223 Wilde 1-8 twist, Hodgdon does not list 75 Gr. New to THR will go to reloading
Hodgdon lists over a dozen powders with a 75gr bullet in the .223. Their data includes both powders you asked about too.

Let us know how the loads you make shoot...
