Does anyone have an actual shooting load for the Hornady 62gr BTHP w/can? Some info would say 24.0gr of H335 is good, any others?

Welcome to THR

Are you loading for 223 Remington or 5.56x45? Different chamber leades means different loadings.

Proper load development begins with the Starting Load data from published sources and then working up incrementally. This is explained in the "How to Reload" section of all of the published reloading manuals.

Remember, what is safe in my gun may not be safe in yours.

Also, keep in mind when you ask for someone to provide you with a greater than Starting Load on an internet board that you have no idea whether I'm a careful handloader with 40+ years experience and zero failures or a sadist looking to give you the nickname "One Eye Jack".

if you can not find any info for whatever caliber and 62gr bthp you should call Hornady and or Hodgdon and ask them , if you are a new reloader than you need a few manuals and start reading from page one this is a fun hobby and rewarding but I agree with the don't ask or use somebody's load data without comparing it to what is a safe range in the manual or powder company's data, mistakes in this hobby can be costly.

have you bothered to look at hornadys web site and then call them asking if their posted data will work for you 62gr bthp ?
and are you shooting 223 or Nato 5.56 I ask because your 24gr is towards to max and over max for 223 ! You really need to start at staring load and work up DON'T take short cuts with this hobby ,

My bad - I'm shooting a 16" CMMG upper in 5.56nato, 1/8" twist, Hiper 24E FCG and a DelTon lower.
