Here's mine. Bushmaster "Patrolman's Carbine" 16" barrel. Hogue grip. Specter 3 Point CST sling. Hope to get a vertical grip, and maybe an EOTech and a better trigger. The chest rig is the Eagle Industries SKD version.

The other AR is my brother's Rock River Arms Entry Tactical. He has the same sling, but is coyote.

woodfiend: My wife just bought it for me, but I'm currently in Iraq. I plan to put an EO Tech on it and take it to the range when I'm home on R&R in a few weeks, I'll try to post up a range report when I do.

here's an unusual AR for you

total weight, including p-mag, aimpoint micro t-1, larue mount and everything is 4 lb 15 oz. but without all that, it's right at 4lb.

Beautiful guns.. Wow. I hope one day to have such a nice collection of ARs. I am getting mine soon, I will have to see how I can upgrade them over time. What did you make the Lr-308 different, what components did you use ... I think they call that a vented hand guard right? I am still a newbie at rifle, learning the terminology . I would like to upgrade my guns sometime to be so pretty like these.. Mine are just bare bones ones :(.

Four pounds. Wow. :D I don't know about the BLUE, but four pounds sounds nice.

H20MAN: Very tasteful. I hope you don't mind, I saved the photo to my "ideas" folder. I'll crack it open when I get to building on the lowers I have. :)

I only have a couple, plain-jane Rock Rivers. The big guy on the right was sold a while back, but it's still fun to look at. :)

BTW, that's an outstanding collection you have.

These are great rifles guys. And yeah, H20 MAN, yours was a particularly well thought out one, in my opinion. Very nice, very nice guys!

Here's mine, pretty basic, got it the day Obama won...

Bushy with 14.5" Barrel + Flash hider to make 16
Bushnell Holosight
Nice little Grip that is water tight, houses batteries, and has 2 pressure switch slots
Will have a flip up rear Iron after tomorrows gun show
Rails for a light and green laser on the way
Ordered that mag + 7 more aluminum all in FDE and I like it, so I will eventually make some more parts of the weapon FDE color
... AND the bayonet for when the zombies come... OK, so I bought it for training, I got a gas mask too so I can work on my NBC qual (barely passed my last NBC shoot)

This is the first picture that I ever took of mine. In fact, I don't think I have any other pictures of it. RRA 16" midlength.
