I guess this is old news, but if you are looking for AR 15 stuff a great deal of it is sold out. It seems to have been flying off the shelves. My FFL guy told me this morning that for the last couple of days he could hardly find an AR.

That will all change as soon as everyone calms down, or runs out of money.

How is it with your local guy? Mine is a small dealer. He has 1 AR in stock. I would think some of the bigger dealers have more.

Northern Utah here, I beleive the only places left with any stock are FBMG, Basin Sports, and Get Some. Basin Sports is the only one that can confidently claim double digits on their stock, IIUC.

I have black 20 round Pmags that have been on back order for over a month from Magpul and several more green Pmags on back order right now. Hopefully they ship in the next month. Maybe then I'll buy a Beta C mag just to have a 100 round drum. By the way, how reliable are the Beta C mags?

That's odd.

I just scored a complete Rock River 9mm upper for only $430 from a dealer (he has more in stock), and a 9mm magazine adapter with five magazines straight from the manufacturer for $180 (those magazines are normally $30 each).

Last weekend at the gun show I scored four 40-round .223 magazines (steel mags with anti-tilt followers) for $12.50 each, some used Glock 17 magazines for $15 each, Wolf primers for $87 per 5000, and bags of bulk 55grain fmj Lake City bullets at $43 per 500 (bullets for reloading, not complete ammo).

I keep reading a few posts on the Forum about you guys having trouble, but I keep scoring deals. Not just locally, but on the internet.

walkalong, shelves are nearly bare here. they've sold like hotcakes.

bucket, are you sure you're in the right thread?

How long do you think it will be before the rush calms down and shops can hold inventory?

the real question is how well the economy does because the more people lose their jobs the more of these guns come back and sit in the used racks which is what I've been seeing too much I already
