Hundreds? Wow that must have cost you a fortune if you had to buy those triggers yourself.
If one can not tell the difference in a mil-spec trigger and an upgraded one, they must have nerve damage in their trigger finger.
Most mil-spec triggers are gritty and don’t break clean. With a 5 to 9 lbs pull. Now some are better then others, but never something to write home about.
I have cleaned up plenty of mil-spec triggers, but never to the point that they rival the upgraded ones. LoomWulf has one of my cleaned up triggers. To clean one up to the point where they are super smooth and break like glass, you would have to remove the hardened surface and without re-hardening it would wear to fast and become unsafe in a few hundred rounds.
