Are night sights worth getting?

I think the things are distracting..pulls your eyes to trying to line up the sights vs pointing and shooting. Its not like a gun range...you dont have all day to line the sights up. If you really need to see the sights to hit a person in the same room you are in you probably should take up another hobby.
