Moved a couple months ago. So this will be my first reloading
at the new house. Can not find the info. Lee includes a few loads with their dies and I used the info with good results.
444 Marlin, 240gr. lead slugs and Hercules 2400. I kept records of reloads going back 20+ years and its hidden in some misplaced box somewhere.Did the search and found nothing. Sent a contact to Lee and will have to wait on that.
No emergency as I've 6-700 444's loaded, it's just that a friend gave me some powder coated slugs and I want to try them and I liked the 2400 load.
Can some one point me to a load source?

Well, you could pull a couple rounds and weigh the charge?

Alliant doesn't show any 2400 loads for the 444, which seems kind of strange to me. Obviously, that doesn't mean that there isn't some published data for that chambering, but you'll have to search the books and other reliable sources to locate it.

BTW, Alliant now produces 2400, and from what I understand the powder stayed the same, so at least your good to go there.

The Lee Modern Reloading (second edition, 2003) shows 22.0gr of 2400 as both the starting and max load (velocity 1725 fps) for the 444 Marlin and 240gr lead bullet. The load sheet that comes with Lee dies is usually the same as what is in their loading book, unless something has changed since you got your dies. Hope that's helpful!

Hercules has been gone for eons and plated bullets use cast bullet data. The weight of the painted bullets is kind of important. No data on Alliant's site, Reloader's Nest or LoadData.

Six to seven hundred 444's loaded? Wow!

My hat's off to you. I load 25 at a time and can't shoot all of them at one sitting without my shoulder turning colors. Have 100 pieces of new brass waiting in the wings...

You're probably right. Loaded like a .44 special (or even mag) the .444 would make a good plinker. With full charges of X-Terminator under 265 to 300gr jacketed bullets it's a real thumper.
