This bill has got to go. I am contacting my legislator and advising all my friends to do the same: VOTE "NO!" if this comes to a vote but kill it in comittee.

1. How do you distinguish between assault weapon and non-assault weapon ammo in the same caliber.
2. How will the serial number survive in the case of a frangible bullet like the varmint grenade?
3. How will you ensure identical serial numbers on reloaded rounds?

This is a piece of legislation that is unenforceable.
