I was wondering if anyone else has bought a Armscor AK22 because i got one and it doesnt shoot right so i sent it back to Armscor and they "fixed" it still pulls left no matter where i adjust the sights. If anyone has any ideas on it id like to know
Are you using an optic, or just the open sights? Have you had another shooter fire it? Armscor has pretty good customer service, I'm sure they will take care of it if it has to go back.
I have one and I did have a problem with the windage adjustment from the factory, but I was able to get the rear sight adjusted properly. Are you at the limit of the rear sight adjustment? The front sight base may be canted as well.
My AK22 has been a bit of a nightmare with ejection failures due to short stroking. I have had to cut several coils off the recoil spring and it is better now, but far from 100%.
Worst .22 I own! I seldom shoot the thing but my daughter loves it so I keep a mag loaded. Mine shot left out of the box but it was fixed easily with the adjustment screw.
In have had someone else shoot it perhaps i should try again. but i did send it back to the factory it took 5 months for them to work on it and it came back with the same problem it shoots a few inches left no matter where i adjust the sight. if i cant get it figured out in another 100 rounds i think ill just put a reflex sight on it
I would just take it to a pawn shop and let it go. It was what, $175? It can be drilled and tapped by a gunsmith but would cost 50-$100 to get that done.
