Now *that* is an excellent point. I am glad someone posted a picture of the Barrett (we should rename this thread "scary or cool-looking long arms").
I have only fired 10 rounds through that beast for familiarization purposes. What a monster. If I had more disposable cash I would probably have one just to explore all the intricacies of really shooting at such long distances.
I suppose it's ability to disrupt "the order" would have more to do with hitting hardened personnel targets rather than it's nominal anti-material purpose. Very interesting that someone from NZ would bring this up. I thought the climate was very anti-firearm there.
