I had a question about making these available as custom prints. I can make 20"x30" signed photographic prints of this and most other newly designed posters. Printing and shipping cost about $35 each, and it would take a time to get each image configured and ordered. So the final cost would end up being about $75 per image. The quality and detail are excellent, image is resistent to fading and the paper on which it is printed is very heavy...but that comes at a price. If you want one for your home, let me know.

Kinda runs afoul of that apocryphal story of the woman who mistook her gun for her inhaler and blew her jaw off in the middle of the night during an asthma attack.

While I would support her right to bear arms I'd recommend keeping it elsewhere.

1) Only those with high resolution. Some of the older images are too small to be printed at large size. But most of the posters done in the last three years are high res.

2) Yes. The proceeds go straight into computer upgrades. Pushing pixels on a 350Mhz G4 is getting old, no matter how much RAM I have.

I'm an asthmatic, and can assure you that no gun I know of feels or looks anything like an asthma inhaler.

I agree with the post that albuterol is the spray of choice. In cases that need more, taking theophylline tablets will let many asthmatics live relatively normal lives. The asthmatic needs to be under regular medical care.

Asthma is on the increase as air pollution increases. We have simply GOT to find althernatives for fossil fuels, or more deaths will needlessly occur.

I'll have to sort my clippings at the office, where I'm not. It allegedly occurred in a southern city in the 80's. The woman habitually kept an inhaler and a revolver under her pillow in case of emergency. An asthma attack occurred and in sleepy confusion she got the gun instead of the inhaler.

I just use it as an illustration of why sleeping with a gun close at hand is generally a bad idea. I want it far enough away that I'll be awake when I get there.

Another example, for which I have seen "hard" evidence, involved another fearless gunfighter who kept a gun under his blankey. He awoke to find a menacing assailant towering over the foot of his bed. Our hero presented his pistol and promptly fired a round COM, striking his, um, er, tumescent member. His attacker rapidly shriveled into submission.

For real, I dont have the imagination to make this stuff up.

Maybe if my gun weren't in a holster 24/7 and I reached blindly, I could hit the trigger, but there's no way I could grab my GLOCK, give it a few good shakes, line up the mouth hole, check it for lint and take a puff...

I don't know about the asthma story, but that sounds like a "oh god, I was fooling around like an idiot with a loaded gun, better make up a story so I don't sound too stupid" situation.

How extremely far off would your depth perception have to be to make that kind of mistake?

I've used pepper spray before, it didn't have a huge effect on my asthma. I'm excercise induced though...
