Astra A-100 .40 S&W magazines compatible with any other pistols?

Hello all, I'm trying to sell some Mec-Gar 13-round magazines for a .40-caliber Astra A-100 but they aren't moving, I know Astra A-100s are not common guns so I'm curious of anyone knows if these mags are compatible with any other more common design. Thanks in advance for any answers.

I had no problems selling 9mm A-100 mags about 2 years ago, they went instantly 3 for $76 shipped. The buyer wanted more, but I sold the other 3 I had with the gun. I guess it's the caliber?

Yeah that seems to be the issue. There just aren't a lot of them out there it seems.
