I ordered a SAR1 from him once.
Unless things have changed, he does this as a second job so you won't get next day shipping. He has specific days that he ships weapons out. You might want to make sure you discuss with him on exactly when he will ship your purchase to you. It can be hard to contact him on the phone due to the nature of his job, but he was very good about responding to Emails in a timely manner.
Other than a slight billing problem in which he made a good faith effort to clear (more of a software problem than anything) the transaction went smoothly and I got what was advertised.
