The NRA Members Council of the Antelope Valley will be holding an event this Saturday morning, 11-19-11 at 8AM. Please see details below, and BRING A NEW SHOOTER OR FEMALE SHOOTER IF POSSIBLE!!!

Driving directions:
Take 14 fwy to Backus Road.
Go Left to 70th Street West
Take a left on 70th Street West
Follow the dirt road straight. It will narrow and bend to the right as you go up a small rise. The road will then go over the rise and turn left into a box canyon. You are there!
We will be conducting our final clean-up of this location. Clean-up begins at 8:00 AM. Please bring your blue home garbage can (the one you put out on the street, if you have a truck of course) or garbage bags (if you have an SUV), a rake, a shovel, and gloves. There is not much left to clean up, so if we all pitch in, it will be done, and this site will 100% clean by 9:30-10:00 AM. The goal is to not need to take truck loads to the dump this time.
We will have two live ranges set up with independent range safety officers at each range. We will do skeet, moving target pistol range, and long rifle range. Anyone under legal age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Lunch will be around noon. Please bring a meat, side dish and/or drinks and a chair.
Bring a pop-up if you have one. The event will conclude around 2:00 to 3:00PM.
