Baikal MP153 Hi Viz or TruGlow Sight Upgrades?

Anyone know how wide the ventilated rib is on a Baikal MP153? Also, has anyone upgraded their sights on it from the standard front bead? I'm looking at the Hi Viz and the Truglow pipes, but have no clue how to get them to stay on the rib. :)
