Bakersfield/Valley/Central CA shoot?

Is anyone interested in a Bakersfield/Kern County/San Joaquin Valley shoot? Maybe meet at 5-Dogs on a weekend. I would have loved to go to the Bay Area shoot, but I couldn't get a ride.

Bakersfield is a stone's throw away.

SLO isn't a stone's throw away but we'd use anything as an excuse to visit our old stomping grounds (went to school in SLO).

I just came back from the official So Cal GlockTalk meet/match at Raauhages. We had a total of 14 members and everyone had a terrific time. Are THR people real shooters or just whiny ass computer geeks?

BTW, out of the 14, only 2 were White; the rest was of the master race - Asian Persuasion

You guys do know that July 3rd is one day away from July 4th, which is a National Holiday.

Usually, National Holidays are for backyard bbqs with friends and family...
On the other hand, John Adams did have this to say about 4th of July

In the meantime, the 3rd will be spent at the range.
