I would just buy a 1911 pistol with the feature. Maybe buy a cheaper one and trick it with the safty you want.
The Ballester molina is an old, fairly low production handgun that has an increasing collectors value. If you bubba it up to add a safty, then you have a Ballester Molina that will not increase in value in the future.
