Block calibration : All depths corrected (From 8.1cm @ 576 ft/sec)
Test Weather Conditions : 45degF, 45% humidity and 5mph wind gusts. Diffuse sunlight.
Winchester TC
Shot 1 - Impacted at 795 ft/sec, penetrated to 16.0" in gelatin and ~ 3.0" in loosely packed 'play sand'. No yawing was observed.
Shot 2 - Impacted at 781 ft/sec, penetrated to 16.0" in gelatin and ~ 3.0" in loosely packed 'play sand'. No yawing was observed.
Shot 3 - Impacted at 773 ft/sec, penetrated to 16.0" in gelatin and ~ 3.0" in loosely packed 'play sand'. No yawing was observed.
Federal FMJ
Shot 4 - Impacted at 735 ft/sec, penetrated to 16.0" in gelatin and was not recovered. Bullet yawed at 3.5" penetration depth and righted itself point-forward at 6.0" depth.
Shot 5 - Impacted at 778 ft/sec, penetrated to 16.0" in gelatin and was not recovered. Bullet yawed at 2.8" penetration depth and righted itself point-forward at 6.6" penetration depth.
