Banned from a Gunboard/forum ?

How could this happen you say ? Just start talking politics and use terms like Liberal Bootlickers,Flagburners,Rainbow Fag Flag wavers, and worse call Democrat shooters on ther Obama in 08 stickers on their hybrids ! Some Forums (Non-Firearm) make any political discusion Verbotten (In their Forum Rules) And ban Rule Breakers as Trolls and it seems Gunboard forum Admin/mods should adopt this tactic a little less due to the fact that they have Political areas of their boards ...

What a cogent and very accurate point you make, Car Knocker.

Specifically, of the terms on that list, people who can't make their points without saying:

• Liberal Bootlickers,
• Flagburners, or
• Rainbow Fag Flag wavers

. . . are not smart enough, suave enough or articulate enough to make it at THR.

The other really good way to get banned at THR is to try to use THR as the platform to whine about other gun boards. We actually kind of like most of those other boards, and we don't do forum wars regardless.

If there are gun owning Democrats (or gun owning anythings for that matters) supporting an anti gun candidate call them on it. As long as you're polite about doing so you'll be fine. Start using terms like "Liberal Bootlickers, Flagburners, Rainbow Fag Flag wavers", etc and you've crossed the line. Those aren't terms one would use in polite & civil discussion. It's not so much what you wish to discuss here as it is how you choose to dicuss it. Keep it civil, keep your language clean, and please enjoy your time here at THR.
