Barrett 50 bmg

Do any of you know if they make a Barrett 50 bmg in a left handed bolt action? Or does anyone else make a 50 bmg rifle in a left handed bolt action?Thanks

Armalite makes a leftie version of the AR-50. Don't know of any Barrett left hand guns, though.

Bushmaster either makes or is making a 50BMG magazine fed rifle with the bolt on the left side.

Bushmasters 50BMG is a ****ing monster. It is like twice the size of the Barrett

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but this is a Cobb BA50 with the left side bolt and right side eject. Bushmaster should be producing this same rifle.

I think I'd want something with a little more area, and a little more cushioning!

Does Barrett make rifles specifically designed for left-handed shooters?

No. However, the model 99 is easily fired from either shoulder and the model M468 typically ejects spent shell casings directly to the side of the ejection port.

CB, yes that is an A2 butt. There is a recoil pad that slips on, but was on my DPMS LR-308 at the time of the photo being taken.

If you are a lefty you will probably not like the configuration of the COBB or Bushmaster. It basicly works for a righty when prone similar to the Savage single shot pistols. You can stay in position and work the bolt with your non firing hand.

If you like the Barrett M99 then look into Bluegrass Armory. They use to be a supplier for Barrett and now make a copy of the M99 and will make it in LH if you want one.
